Hey! I’m an 18-year-old chess player and have played chess for 11 years as a hobby and about 4 years professionally. I recently started coaching chess players since I’m under lockdown.

I’m 1736 FIDE rated and 1900 on Chess.com. I have had experience playing and winning a few national tournaments in the past 5 years. I prepare my lessons in advance, depending on your skill level. Hence,

If you are a complete beginner or just starting out, I charge $7/hr (or $4/hr each for joint sessions).
If intermediate (over ~900 on Chess.com or so), I charge $9/hr (or $5/hr each for joint sessions).
If advanced (over ~1500 or so), I charge $12/hr.

*joint sessions only if both the participants are willing and of the same skill level.
